You have been made a defendant in the suit filed in this Court by James Robert Broomfield and Gerald Broomfield, seeking to stop and/or set aside a wrongful foreclosure, damages and to declare James Robert Broomfield as the sole and only heir at law of Mattie P Broomfield and Valerie Broomfield. Defendants other than you in this action are U.S. Bank National Association, Special Portfolio Services, Inc., and Rubin Lublin, LLC.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 o’clock A. M. on the 18th day of April, 2024, in the courtroom of the Webster County Courthouse at Walthall, Mississippi, and in the case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you so desire.
