The City of Eupora is seeking competitive proposals for CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR A PREDESIGNED BANDSTAND/AMPHITHEATER STAGE AT WHITES CREEK LAKE PARK. Sealed proposals are due by Friday, February 23, 2024, at 5:00 PM at Eupora City Hall, 390 Clark Ave., Eupora, MS 39744. At that time, proposals will be acknowledged as received.
The documents comprising the Request for Proposals (“RFP Documents”) may be obtained online on the City website: www.cityofeupora.com under “Public Notice”.
An optional pre-proposal walk-through will be conducted on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Whites Creek Lake Park, located at 101 Whites Creek Lake Circle.
The City of Eupora reserves the right to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the City’s judgment, will be in the City’s best interests.

The City of Eupora is seeking competitive proposals for MASTER PLANNING DESIGN SERVICES FOR A PUBLIC RECREATIONAL PARK AND FACILITIES AT STENNETT PARK – 185 SPUD STENNETT DRIVE EUPORA, MS 39744.
Sealed proposals are due by Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 5:00 PM at Eupora City Hall, 390 Clark Ave., Eupora, MS 39744. At that time, proposals will be acknowledged as received.

TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on March 23, 2021, William David Oakman, executed a Deed of Trust under the terms of which the hereinafter described land was conveyed to Burchfield Law Firm, PLLC, Trustee for Robin P. Mixon. Said Deed of Trust is filed for record in Deed of Trust Book 2021 at Page 220 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Webster County, Mississippi; and,
WHEREAS, default has been made in the performance of the conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the holder thereof has declared the entire indebtedness secured thereby due and has requested the undersigned to sell said lands as provided by said Deed of Trust.

0.46 acres located in Block 10 of the Adams Survey in the City of Eupora, Webster County, Mississippi, described as: Beginning at an iron pin on the South side of Roane Avenue (old Highway No. 82) at a point that is recognized as being 225 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Block No. 10 (said Point of Beginning also being West 536.68 feet from a found survey corner marker marking the Northwest corner of the St. John Neumann Catholic Church property as described in Book 130 at Page 241 of the Land Deed Records of Webster County, Mississippi); thence go South 163.50 feet to a set pin; thence go West 89.00 feet to a set pin on the Easterly side of Joliff Street; thence along said Easterly side of Joliff Street go N 20 degrees 53 minutes 34 seconds West 179.32 feet to a set pin on the South side of Roane Avenue (old Highway No. 82); thence along said South side of Roane Avenue go South 88 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds East 153.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The undersigned will convey only such title as is vested in him as trustee.
