Letters Testamentary have been granted and issued to Cheri Yvonne Dewberry Kelly and Hugh Gibson, Co-Executors of the Estate of MARILYNN YVONNE PETTY DEWBERRY, deceased, by the Chancery Court of Webster County, Mississippi, on the 6th day of December, 2023. This is to give notice to all persons having claims against said estate to Probate and Register same with the Chancery Clerk of Webster County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from the first date of publication. A failure to so Probate and Register said claim will forever bar the same.

NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received by the Webster County School District up to and no later than 9:30 a.m. February 29, 2024, at 95 Clark Avenue, Eupora, MS 39744, for the procurement of Category 2 E-Rate products and services via E-Rate funding. A copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) can be obtained by emailing Millie Rollins at rfp@regroupms.com. If a response is not received within 24 hours, it is the responsibility of the respondent to call Millie Rollins at 662-630-0118 to confirm receipt of the RFP request.
All interested bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on February 6, 2024, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at 95 Clark Avenue, Eupora, MS 39744. Bidders not attending the pre-bid conference will not be considered.
Bids will be opened at 9:30 a.m. February 29, 2024, at 95 Clark Avenue, Eupora, MS 39744. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as follows:

The City of Eupora is seeking competitive proposals for CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR A PREDESIGNED BANDSTAND/AMPHITHEATER STAGE AT WHITES CREEK LAKE PARK. Sealed proposals are due by Friday, February 23, 2024, at 5:00 PM at Eupora City Hall, 390 Clark Ave., Eupora, MS 39744. At that time, proposals will be acknowledged as received.
The documents comprising the Request for Proposals (“RFP Documents”) may be obtained online on the City website: www.cityofeupora.com under “Public Notice”.
An optional pre-proposal walk-through will be conducted on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Whites Creek Lake Park, located at 101 Whites Creek Lake Circle.
The City of Eupora reserves the right to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the City’s judgment, will be in the City’s best interests.
