Notice is hereby given to all parties in interest of and affected thereby of a public hearing to be held by the Mayor and Board of Alderman of the City of Louisville, Mississippi, relating to the request of Main Street Holdings, LLC, a Mississippi Limited Liability Company, for approval to operate a Bed and Breakfast facility on the property located at 16923 East Main Street in the
City of Louisville, County of Winston, State of Mississippi,
and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 1, of the East End Highland Addition to the City of Louisville as shown by the plat on file at the Chancery Clerk's office, and run thence North 224 feet to an iron pin; thence East 200 feet to an iron pin; thence South 15 degrees 57 minutes East 30.4 feet to a point on the west side of St. Charles Avenue; thence South 188.5 feet along the west side of St. Charles Avenue; thence West to the point of beginning.
The above-described property is bordered on the South by Main Street and across Main Street by Ralph Richard Arnold and Teresa Hazel Arnold; on the West by Myrrah Elizabeth Mccully; on the North by Ronnie Smith; and on the East by Adam Clark Byrd.
The hearing on this matter will be at 6:00 p.m.
on the 12th day of September 2022, in the City Hall of Louisville, Mississippi.
