WHEREAS, on the July 25, 2006, William J Vowell and Lacey J Vowell, executed a Deed of Trust to Kimberly A. Mackey, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for E-Loan, Inc., its successors and assigns, which Deed of Trust is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Choctaw County, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust November 10, 2006, in Book No. 174, at Page 240 thereof;

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 27-105-305 (Chapter 105 Article 3) of the Mississippi code of 1972, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors in and for Choctaw County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids at the office of the Chancery Court Clerk in and for Choctaw County, Mississippi, at the Choctaw County Courthouse in the Town of Ackerman, Mississippi, until the hour of 9:00 a..m., on Monday, January 3, 2022, for a depository for keeping all county funds, or any part thereof, during the calendar year 2022, or for the calendar years 2021/2022, including all funds collected by law. On the day the commission will be available to the bank or banks proposing the best terms and having in view the safety of said funds and the bank or banks selected as depository or depositories for the year, 2022, or for the years 2022/2023, will be required to furnish bond or other securities as required by law. The bid or proposal shall designate the kind of security as authorized by law, which said banks propose to give as security for funds deposited.
