Letters Testamentary having been granted the undersigned Executor of the Estate of SAMUEL TONEY VICKERY, deceased, by the Chancery Court of Choctaw County, Mississippi, on the 16TH day of October, 2023, in Cause No. 2023-91, on the docket of said Court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to present the same to the Clerk of this Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this notice or said claims will be forever barred.
