TO: THE HEIRS AT LAW OF A.J. HARRELL, DECEASED, a nonresident of this state or not to be found therein on diligent inquiry and the post office address of such defendant be stated in the complaint, petition, or affidavit, or if it be stated in such sworn complaint or petition that the post office address of the defendant is not known to the plaintiff or petitioner after diligent inquiry.
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by ELEANOR HARRELL, BYRAN D. JAMISON a/k/a BRIAN JAMESON, JANET TURNER and WANDA NUNN, Petitioners seeking to Determine the Heirs at Law of A.J. HARRELL, Deceased.
Defendants other than you in this action are none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of October, 2023, in the courtroom of the Choctaw County Chancery Courthouse in Ackerman, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.

Letters Testamentary having been granted to the undersigned by an order of the Chancery Court of Choctaw County, Mississippi, under date of July 12, 2023, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against the Estate of Richard McKinley to have the same probated and registered by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Choctaw County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice to Creditors and that a failure to probate and register any such claim within said ninety (90) days will bar the claim.
