ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Main Street Sidewalk will be received by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the Town of Ackerman, at the offices of Town Hall located at 45 E Main Street, P.O. Box 394, Ackerman, MS 39735 until June 21, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing Main Street Sidewalk from Commerce to North Dewey.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive and/or deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
The plans and specifications for the project are on file for public inspection in the offices of the Town of Ackerman and the offices of Neel-Schaffer, Inc., 7085 Hwy 45 Alternate North, West Point, MS 39773.
Bid documents are being made available electronically and via original paper copy (if requested).
