You have been made respondents in the Plaintiff’s petition to determine heirship. Respondents other than you are: None.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint or petition at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 14th day of May, 2024 in the courtroom of the Choctaw County Courthouse in Ackerman, Mississippi and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgement will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated August 22, 2018, executed by ERIC G. JOHNSTON, II and EMILY R.
