March 7, 2023, before the Board of Alderman of the Town of Ackerman, Mississippi at Town Hall in the Town of Ackerman, Mississippi. At such hearing, the Town of Ackerman will consider whether your property is in a state of uncleanliness so as to be a menace to the public health and safety of the community pursuant to Section 21-19-11 of the Mississippi code of 1972.
If your property is deemed to be such a menace. and the Town is forced to clean the property, you may be assessed the sum of $1500.00, or 50 % of the actual cost of such cleaning,
