WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of August, 2019, Logan Long Single Man, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Julie W Brown, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Gum Tree Mortgage, LLC, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Choctaw County, Mississippi in Land Mortgage Book 221 at Page 336; and
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of April, 2020, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”), as beneficiary, as nominee for Gum Tree Mortgage, LLC, assigned said Deed of Trust unto Renasant Bank, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Land Mortgage Book 223 at Page 773; and
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of April, 2022 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Land Deed Book 236 at Page 222; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 27th day of January, 2023, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the front door of Choctaw County Courthouse-facing North at Ackerman, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Choctaw County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 18 North, Range 11 East; Choctaw County, Mississippi; thence run East for 420 feet to the point of beginning; thence run North 7 degrees 46 minutes West for 284 feet to a point on the South line of a Public Road; thence run South 68 degrees East along the South line of said Public Road for 478.19 feet; thence run South for 102.3 feet; thence run West for 405 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 1.8 acres, more or less.
Also, containing an additional acre; Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 18 North, Range 11 East, Choctaw County, Mississippi; thence run East for 420 feet to the point of beginning; thence run East for 350 feet; thence run South 7 degrees 46 minutes East for 125 feet; thence run West for 350 feet; thence run North 7 degrees 46 minutes West for 125 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 1.0 acres, more or less.
I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Town of Weir requests proposals (qualifications) from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for work related to a water system improvements project with funding from: Mississippi Municipality & County Water Infrastructure Grant Program in conjunction with the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). This Request for Qualifications includes the preparation of cost estimates and project engineering services for the project administration and construction. You are invited to submit a proposal, in accordance with this request to the Town of Weir, Town Clerk, P.O. Box 217 or 360 Front Street, Weir, Mississippi 39772, no later than 10:00 AM on February 14, 2023.
The Engineer will be responsible for performing all engineering services through project closeout in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations and policies. The scope of work includes but is not limited the following: 1) prepare plans and specifications, 2) distribute bid documents, 3) assist in bid opening and prepare bid tabulation, 4) assist in the execution of construction contracts, 5) hold preconstruction conference, and 6) perform construction inspection including periodic reports to the Town of Weir and approve all payment requests.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked with the following language: "Proposal for Public Facilities Engineering Services." Proposals will be evaluated on the following factors: Qualifications, (30 points), Experience (30 points), Capacity for Performance (20 points) and Familiarity (20 points). To be evaluated properly, the following must be addressed in detail:
Qualifications — List of qualifications of person to be assigned to project;
Experience — Information regarding the firm's experience and the projects previously undertaken, including description, funding source, client, and the status of projects;
Capacity for Performance — Identify the number and title of staff assigned to provide services;
Firm's familiarity with and proximity to the geographic location of the projects — Indicate office location where work will be performed.
The Town of Weir will evaluate each proposal. They may hold proposals for a period of not to exceed thirty (30) days for the purpose of reviewing the content of the proposals and investigating the qualifications of the firms and assigned individuals. The Town of Weir reserves the right to reject and/or all proposals.
Subject to grant award and the removal of all environmental conditions, the Town of Weir will award a contract with the qualified individual or firm whose proposal has the highest number of cumulative points issued by the selection committee and determined to be the most advantageous to the Town of Weir, price and other factors considered. The contract will include scope and extent of work and other essential requirements. An individual contract will be executed for the awarded project and the contract will be on a fixed price basis. The Town of Weir has the authority to terminate the selection at any time.
