WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated May 10, 2012, executed by ANTHONY L. DINNING and TANYA B. WHEREAS, on February 3, 2020, Vankaitha Shvonda Robinson AKA Vankaitha Robinson, and Melvin Dewayne Arterberry, a married couple, executed a Deed of Trust to Tim Williams, Trustee for the benefit of 21st Mortgage Corporation, 620 Market Street One Centre Square, Knoxville, Tennessee 37902, as recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Choctaw County, Mississippi, in Book 223 at Page 61, reference to which is hereby made; and,
