Break out your fishing gear and come catch as many fish as you can as the Friends of Legion State Park hosts its Kids and Katz Fishing Rodeo.
This will take place on Saturday April 29 at 8 a.m. at Lake Toppasha and its for children ages 15 and under and there must be adult supervision.
This event is the park’s yearly event and a family favorite for all. At an earlier event, Tim Flake, director of the park said Friends of Legion State Park is working to bring more family fun events back to the park for all to enjoy.
And you don’t want to miss this one. Each participant in the fishing rodeo must have their own equipment, tackle, and bait.
