French Camp's Historical Highlight Christmas luncheon will be December 11, 12:00 noon. We will have a delicious Christmas meal prepared by our wonderful cook, Marilyn Harvey, and enjoy Christmas music by FCA’s JH Choir. This month we are collecting gift items (unwrapped) for the VA Home in Kosciusko: T-shirts, socks, cologne, body wash, cookies, candy and fruit. We are also collecting small gift items for several men from French Camp who are at the VA. The January 8 Historical Highlight speakers will be Lance Ragsdale and Karen Leach. They will be talking about French Camp Academy's Work Program, which cultivates a strong work ethic among the boarding students and is a valuable tool for establishing relationships, building character, teaching skills and preparing young people for their future.
Historical Highlight Luncheons are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at French Camp Presbyterian Church, featuring a speaker who shares some aspect of French Camp's history and a delicious, home-cooked meal for a $2 donation. The public is invited.
