James Johnson, FCA Class of 2023, was designated as a STAR Scholar representing French Camp Academy this year at one of the most prestigious academic recognition events in the State.
The Mississippi Economic Council has saluted the academic achievements of Mississippi’s outstanding high school students and teachers for more than 55 years through its Student-Teacher Achievement Recognition (STAR) Program.
STAR Students are seniors with the highest ACT scores (minimum 25) and scholastic averages (minimum 93) in their high schools. They are chosen from more than 300 public, private, and parochial schools.
Mr. Wes Chesteen was chosen by James as his STAR Teacher at FCA. We’re thankful for the wonderful achievements of James through his years at FCA. Congratulations!
