This weekend will be an exciting time in Choctaw County as the graduates of Choctaw County High School and French Camp Academy prepare to cross the threshold from high school students to take the big leap into the big world.
Tonight, the Choctaw County High School class of 2023 will move from students to alumni as they walk across Dale Davidson football field. Graduation will begin at 7 p.m.
Also, the French Camp Academy Class of 2023 will be one step closer to becoming alumni as the class will hold its baccalaureate service at French Camp Presbyterian Church.
Saturday, at French Camp Presbyterian Church, the class will join their counterparts from CCHS as they become alumni of French Camp Academy at 11 a.m.
Earlier this week, the youngest Chargers walked across their own stages at Ackerman Elementary, Weir Elementary, and French Camp Elementary as littlest Chargers became Kindergarteners, and the youngest Chargers stepped into Junior High School as they became the newest set of alumni from their respective elementary schools.
