Sentencing has been reset for a Eupora teen who pleaded guilty to a federal firearms charge.
Cole Breazeale was to be sentenced April 3 for unlawful transport of firearms. However, sentencing has been reset for 3 p.m. Monday before U.S. District Judge Sharion Aycock in Oxford.
A notice of hearing resetting the sentencing date was posted April 2 on PACER, the federal court system’s online database.
Breazeale, 19, pleaded guilty to the charge in November after a federal grand jury indicted him for firing shots near the Eupora High School band hall in March 2017. No one was injured. He remains detained without bond.
