Hope everyone has enjoyed the holidays!
We returned to our regular services on the Dec. 30 that morning at 10 a.m. Our amazing Sunday school teacher James Mason taught us on the subject of Haggai and putting God first.
At 10:45 we began our Sunday morning worship by singing some wonderful hymns from the old red-back hymnal.
I proceeded further with the message from 2 Kings 5 about a mighty man of valor and captain of the host of the king of Syria. He was an honorable and great man with his master who also had leprosy, yet through a little handmaid and the prophet Elisha, Naamaan was healed of his leprosy. This was a message to all that there is a God in Israel.
Then since this was the fifth Sunday, we started our night service at 5 p.m. where we enjoyed food, fellowship and a very powerful faith film.
Trust God, do his will, and he will protect and defend his own!
We would like to invite all to come out and worship with us. God bless you all and have a happy new year!
