On Thursday, September 26, 2019, The National Caucus and Center on Black Aging, Inc. (NCBA) held its annual Older American Worker Week Observation at their office, 100 Railroad Street, Water Valley, MS. All NCBA staff, program participants and host agencies were invited to attend. The theme for this year: Connect, Create and Contribute.
