OXFORD, Miss. – For 23 years, University of Mississippi alumnus Larry Sparks has served as a quiet force guiding the fiscal management and financial growth of his alma mater. Come Dec. 31, the vice chancellor for administration and finance will be retiring to pursue a future filled with enjoyments long-delayed.
