I believe that the soul of a community can often be found in the columns of its newspaper. So, I return once more to the presses and people behind the Winston County Journal, the Webster Progress-Times, and the Choctaw Plaindealer. This marks my third chapter in this role. And I ask: Will the third time be the charm?
