Apples and oranges at Christmas time
Overheard a recent visitor to my office say somewhat sarcastically she thought the pandemic was supposed to end with the election.
What does that even mean? It means people thought the pandemic was a hoax perpetrated for political purposes and that's why they did not get vaccinated.
