The following were arrested by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department, Louisville Police Department and the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
Zachary B. Eaves, of Noxapater, was arrested January 14 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
Wesley A. Eaves, of Louisville, was arrested January 7 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Terrance Estes, of Louisville, was arrested January 11 by the Louisville Police Department for public drunkenness.
Brierra Foster, of Louisville, was arrested January 10 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense.
Matthew A. Hanson, of Louisville, was arrested January 13 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-other, driving with a suspended or revoked license, no insurane, no or expired tag, and improper equipment.
Warrenington K. Haynes, of Louisville, was arrested January 13 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for possession of paraphernalia.
Charlie D. Hemphill, of Louisville, was arrested January 13 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for disorderly conduct- disturbance of family.
Christopher O. Hickman, of Louisville, was arrested January 13 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for driving with an expired or without a driver’s license, inoperable headlights, taillights or tag lights, misdemeanor fleeing and possession of paraphernalia.
Ray Ivy, of Louisville, was arrested January 12 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for domestic violence- simple assault, first or second offense and trespassing.
Justin J. Jones, of Louisville, was arrested January 14 by the Louisville Police Department for felony possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and MDOC-probation violation.
Sharron Jordan, of Noxapater, was arrested January 7 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct-disturbance in a public place and trespassing.
Kevin J. Kuhn, of Louisville, was arrested January 12 by the Louisville Police Department for careless driving, license not in possession, and no insurance.
Rosevell Lewis, of Noxapater, was arrested January 14 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-second offense.
Steven S. Luke, of DeKalb, was arrested January 11 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for petit larceny.
David L. Matthews, of Louisville, was arrested January 14 by the Louisville Police Department for DUI-first offense, no insurance, failure to yield to emergency vehicles, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of alcohol.
Bobby R. May, of Louisville, was arrested January 11 by the Louisville Police Department foor reckless driving-first offense, driving with a revoked or suspended license, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
Ashley N. Mullins, of Louisville, was arrested January 8 by the Louisville Police Department for public drunkenness and grand larceny- larceny of church or synagogue property.
Barbara Rush, of Lousiville, was arrested January 10 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility.
Jerome Warren, of Louisville, was arrested January 14 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for disorderly conduct-failure to comply.
Bobby G. White, of Louisville, was arrested January 10 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for DUI-third offense, driving with an expired or without a license and failure to give signal.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Winston-Choctaw Correctional Facility. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
