possession of beer, two; DUI 2nd offense, one; DUI 1st offense-zero tolerance, one; possession of methamphetamine (misdemeanor), one; embezzlement (misdemeanor), one (Circle K);
and these felonies: burglary of dwelling, one (Latham Avenue); burglary of ministorage, one (Henderson Ministorage, Hwy. 9 South); grand larceny, one (four-wheeler-Tabb Building, East Roane Avenue); aggravated assault with deadly weapon, one (Westwood Drive); strong-armed robbery, one (Wellness Center-Walnut Avenue; and kidnapping, one (Wellness Center-Walnut Avenue).
