Tracy Higginbotham, 39, child abuse: waived preliminary hearing and bound over to grand jury.

Kenneth Mann, 54: possession of controlled substance and sale of controlled substance: bound over to grand jury after preliminary hearing.
Lacey Mann, 29, : possession of controlled substance and sale of controlled substance: continued.
