These public records were obtained from the Webster County Jail docket. All people are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Clarification
The Jail Docket published Sept. 15 listed charges of trafficking controlled substance and entering contraband for Kenneth Douglas on Sept. 8. This was not a new arrest. Douglas was actually transferred that date from the Mississippi Department of Corrections' Technical Violation Center on those previous charges.
