Pickin' at the Lake
Pickin' at the Lake bluegrass festival will be Friday and Saturday at Grenada Lake.
The festival will begin at 1 p.m. daily. The Exchange Club of Grenada will be providing concessions.
EES blood drive
Eupora Elementary School will host a blood drive from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sept. 30.
Anyone who would like to give blood should contact Lauren Smith at 258-6735.
Briar Ridge
Field Day
Briar Ridge Children's Ministries will have its sixth annual Field Day on Oct. 2.
Activities will include skeet shooting, jump house, Capture the Flag, archery, .22 shooting, live music and more. Free meal for all participants. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and activities will begin at 10 a.m. All ages welcome.
Briar Ridge is located at 603 Talley Road, Eupora. Turn across from Wade’s Place onto Chester-Tomnolen Road. Go 2.3 miles south of U.S 82, turn right on Talley Road, go approximately half a mile and it is on the left.

'Pink Out
the Park' 5K
The Eupora New Century Club is hosting the first "Pink out the Park" 5K at 8 a.m. Oct. 9.
Registration is $25 and includes a T-shirt. See any New Century Club member for a form or Lauren Smith at Eupora Elementary School.

The Maben Public Library’s regular hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and noon-4:30 p.m.
