The following was arrested by the Louisville Police Department, Winston County Sheriff’s Department, and the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
Courtney L Miller, of Louisville, was arrested November 19 by the Louisville Police Department for DUI- third offense, driving with a revoked or suspended license and no insurance.
Matthew M. Clark, of Louisville, was arrested November 18 by the Louisville Police Department for disorderly conduct- disturbing the peace.
Cody D. Fey, of Louisville, was arrested November 14 by the Louisville Police Department for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, MDOC probation violation, and shoplifting- first conviction.
Jodie Johnson, of Philadelphia, was arrested November 19 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for DUI-first offense and simple possession of marijuana.
Jerry H. Lee, of Louisville, was arrested November 17 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense.
Tony L. Robbins, of Louisville, was arrested November 14 by the Louisville Police Department for trespassing- failure to leave public place of business upon request.
Austin Smiley, of Louisville, was arrested November 14 by the Louisville Police Department for shoplifting- first conviction, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct- disturbance in a public place, shoplifting- aiding and abetting shoplifting by a minor, first conviction.
Malinda L. Taylor, of Louisville, was arrested November 14 by the Louisville Police Department for DUI-first offense.
Kevin Washington, of Louisville, was arrested November 18 by the Louisville Police Department for DUI-first offense.
During the week of November 17
Jaquayne Brown, of Macon, was arrested November 11 by the Louisville Police Department for counterfeiting, possession of counterfeit bank notes or other instruments with intent.
Depodray W. Coburn, of Starkville, was arrested November 10 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for disturbance of family.
David Gifford, of Noxapater, was arrested November 6 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for simple possession of marijuana.
Jykevious Jones, of Louisville, was arrested November 10 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for burglary.
Donald Kelly, of Louisville, was arrested November 11 by the Louisville Police Department for driving with an expired or no driver’s license.
Jamari D. Miller, of Louisville, was arrested November 6 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense and simple possession of marijuana.
Willie Mustin, of Aliceville, Ala., was arrested November 9 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for trespassing after notice.
Jamie L. Poole, was arrested November 7 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court.
Tony L. Robbins, of Louisville, was arrested November 2 by the Louisville Police Department for trespassing after notice.
Brianna Shields, of Louisville, was arrested November 7 by the Louisville Police Department for simple assault- attempt by physical menace to create fear.
Martez M. Triplett, of Louisville, was arrested November 9 by the Louisville Police Department for DUI-third offense and driving with an expired or without a driver’s license.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Winston-Choctaw Correctional Facility. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
