The following were arrested by one of the following agencies: Louisville Police Department, Winston County Sheriff’s Department and the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
Terrance A. Burnside, of Louisville, was arrested March 15 for felony possession of a controlled substance with intent, felony malicious mischief, resisting arrest, littering, introduction of contraband into a correctional facility, driving without or an expired license, reckless driving, and DUI-fourth and subsequent offense.
Kimberly S. Cistrunk, of Louisville, was arrested March 16 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for DUI-second offense, child endangerment, no insurance and driving with an expired or without a driver’s license.
James C. Clark, of Louisville, was arrested March 10 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-second offense.
Andre D. Clemons, of Macon, was arrested March 16 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense.
Christopher M. Cole, of Louisville, was arrested March 13 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for reckless driving, driving with an expired or without a license, misdemeanor fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, no insurance, no or expired tag.
Jarvaris D. Cox, of Columbis, was arrested March 1 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense, no insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Brittani H. Dempsey-Kent, of Ackerman, was arrested March 13 by the Louisville Police Department for disorderly conduct- disturbing the peace.
Joseph D. Eaves, of Noxapater, was arrested March 13 by the Louisville Police Department for misdemeanor fleeing, no insurance, reckless driving, and running a stop sign.
Ethan Edwards, of Louisville, was arrested March 9 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for domestic violence-first or second offense.
Markevious D. Foster, of Louisville, was arrested March 16 by the Louisville Police Department for simple assault- attempting to create fear and carrying a concealed weapon.
Maurice L. Gladney, of Louisville, was arrested March 16 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense.
Robert Griffin, of Louisville, was arrested March 12, by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for disorderly conduct- disturbance of family, failure to comply and resisting arrest.
Ja’Keel Harrington, of Louisville, was arrested March 17 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense.
Jamar K. Haynes, of Louisville, was arrested March 16 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for DUI-controlled substance.
Marla M. Houston, of Louisville, was arrested March 17 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for DUI-first offense.
Elvandrick D. Idom, of Louisville, was arrested March 15 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense.
Joshua S. Nunn, of Louisville, was arrested March 16 by the Louisville Police Department for carrying a concealed weapon-first offense.
Jeri Ann Petrosino, of Ackerman, was arrested March 15 by the Louisville Police Department for DUI-first offense.
Jermaine Phinizee, of Columbus, was arrested March 16 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense.
Natasha Roberson, of Noxapater, was arrested March 15 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense.
Matin Sanchez, of Kosciusko, was arrested March 10 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense.
Anthony E. Schweitzer, of Martinez Ga., was arrested March 14 by the Louisville Police Department for aggravated assault on a policeman in the line of duty and misdemeanor fleeing.
Austin W. Smyly, of Louisville, was arrested March 14 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for petit larceny and introduction to contraband into a correctional facility.
Roy Thompson, of Louisville, was arrested March 16 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense.
Kemal N. Triplett, of Louisville was arrested March 16 for possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
Michelle Lynch Woods, of Noxapater, was arrested March 11 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense and careless driving.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Winston-Choctaw Correctional Facility. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
