The following were arrested either by the Mississippi Highway Patrol, Louisville Police Department or the Winston County Sheriff’s Department.
Xavier Bonner, of Columbus, was arrested January 21 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for no insurance, inoperable headlights, taillights or tag lights; possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, DUI-first offense, failure to yield to emergency vehicles.
Andrew Gordon, of Louisville, was arrested January 19 by the Louisville Police Department for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
Wendy Gordon, of Columbus, was arrested January 19 by the Louisville Police Department for possession of paraphernalia.
Charlie D. Hemphill, of Louisville, was arrested January 13 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for disorderly conduct-disturbance of family.
Justin J. Jones, of Louisville, was arrested January 14 by the Louisville Police Department for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
Sharron Jordon, of Noxapater, was arrested January 17 by the Louisville Police Department for disorderly conduct- failure to comply.
David L. Matthews, of Louisville, was arrested January 14 by the Louisville Police Department for DUI-first offense, no insurance, failure to yield to emergency vehicles, misdemeanor possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of alcoholic beverages.
Tony Robbins, of Louisville, was arrested January 21 by the Louisville Police Department for disorderly conduct-disturbance in a public place.
Xavier Thompson, of Louisville, was arrested January 16 by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for failure to yield too emergency vehicles, careless driving, improper lane usage, inoperable headlights, taillights or tag lights and no insurance.
Terrance A. Ward, of Louisville, was arrested January 21 by the Louisville Police Department for DUI-first offense.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Winston-Choctaw Correctional Facility. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
