Kenneth Potts, DOB 02-12-84, BM; G22/MHP: DUI-first, speeding, failure to show insurance, failure to comply, possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substance, possession of firearm, no seatbelt and resisting arrest (hold for Mississippi Bureau of Investigation).
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Webster County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
