The following were arrested by the Ackerman Police Department, the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department and the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
Melissa Brown was arrested November 13 by the Ackerman Police Department for harassment
Dwight Holman was arrested November 14 by the Ackerman Police Department for possession of weapon by a convicted felon, no driver’s license, no insurance, and expired tag. Holman was also arrested the same day by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for burglary and on a bench warrant for driving with a suspended driver’s license, improper equipment and a seatbelt violation.
Anthony Jackson was arrested November 14 by the Ackerman Police Department for trespassing, burglary, possession of paraphernalia and commercial burglary. Jackson was also arrested for petit larceny and trespassing.
Christal Power was arrested November 15 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for disturbance of family peace.
Charles Collins was arrested November 16 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for DUI.
Craig Mitchell was arrested November 19 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-second offense. Mitchell was also arrested by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for no driver’s license and failure to maintain lane.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
