The following were arrested by the Ackerman Police Department, Mississippi Highway Patrol, Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department, and Mississippi Highway Patrol.
Daniel Shaw was arrested on November 6 by the Ackerman Police Department for contempt of court
Joseph M Frances was arrested on November 8 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense, obstruction of the road, and disorderly conduct.
Michael D Lewis was arrested on November 9 by the Ackerman Police Department for possession of marijuana, disturbing the peace, and petit larceny
April Docher was arrested on November 11 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for failure to comply
Te'Undrias Lawrence was arrested on November 12 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for speeding 67/55, DUI- second offense, and driving with a suspended driver’s license.
11/12/23 George Edwards Jr. was arrested November 12 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for speeding 67/55, no drive’s license on demand, possession of marijuana in motor vehicle, and DUI-other.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
