The following was arrested by the Mississippi Department of Corrections, the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department, Ackerman Police Department and the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
Andrew Macon was arrested on October 16 by the Mississippi Department of Corrections for a drug court violation.
Prestley Bigham was arrested October 19 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for felony arson and felony malicious mischief.
Kaliha Holmes was arrested October 19 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for accessory after the fact felony arson, accessory after the fact felony malicious mischief, two counts of no child seat belt, no driver’s license and a bench warrant for no driver’s license and no insurance.
Stanley Braddock was arrested October 21 by the Ackerman Police Department for two counts of failure to appear.
James D. Black was arrested on October 21 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for speeding and DUI-first offense.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
