The following were arrested by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department, Mississippi Department of Corrections, Mathiston Police Department, and the Ackerman Police Department.
Charles Moak was arrested on October 4 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for petit larceny, willful trespassing, and simple assault.
Kenneth McBride was arrested on October 5 by the Mississippi Department of Corrections for probation violations hold. The Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department also arrested McBride for malicious mischief.
Stanley Braddock was arrested on October 6 by the Mathiston Police Department on a hold for Mathiston PD.
Lashasta McMullen was arrested on October 7 by the Ackerman Police Department for contempt of court. The Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department also arrested McMullen on a bench warrant for no driver’s license and no insurance.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
