The following was arrested by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department and the Ackerman Police Department.
Michael Miller was arrested September 29 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department on a bench warrant for motor vehicle liability, driving with a suspended driver’s license, no driver’s license and aggravated assault.
Mark Scott was arrested September 30 by the Ackerman Police Department for Failure to appear.
Melvin Arterberry was arrested October 1 by the Ackerman Police Department for domestic violence- simple assault.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
