The following were arrested by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department, the Ackerman Police Department, and the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics
Thomas Green was arrested on August 14 by the CSO on a bench warrant for two counts of driving without a driver’s license, no insurance and improper equipment.
Thomas Green was arrested on August 14 by the Ackerman Police Department for contempt of court.
Olivia Ivy was arrested on August 14 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for a DUI-first offense.
Simmeyon Hampton was arrested on August 16 by the Ackerman Police Department for disturbance of family.
William Chad Pegram was arrested on August 17 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department on a bench warrant for possession in a motor vehicle.
Winnie Cotton was arrested on August 17 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department on a bench warrant for DUI-first offense and speeding.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
