The following were arrested by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department and the Ackerman Police Department.
Joey Simmons was arrested May 8 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for uninsured motorist identity, reckless driving, no D.L., and on a bench warrant for driving with a suspended driver’s license, bench warrant for uninsured motorist identity, bench warrant for seatbelt violation and bench warrant for improper equipment.
Eric Wilson was arrested May 9 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for domestic violence.
Brandye Wilson was arrested May 9 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for domestic violence.
Craig Stephens was arrested May 12 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for failure to register sex offender.
Caleb Carpenter was arrested May 12 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for trespassing & disturbing the peace.
Jackie Curtis was arrested May 16 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for DUI 1st
Clinton Howard was arrested May 17 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for uninsured motorist identity, switched tag, and driving with a suspended license.
Billy Batts was arrested May 19 by the Ackerman Police Department for felony false pretense.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
