The following were arrested by one of the following agencies: Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department, Ackerman Police Department, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department, and the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
Latonya Brown was arrested May 1 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department on a bench warrant for simple assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Brown was also arrested by the Ackerman Police Department for failure to appear, possession of paraphernalia, bond surrender/trespassing, and bond surrender/malicious mischief.
James T Schick was arrested May 1 by the Ackerman Police Department for failure to appear. Schick was also arrested by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department for grand larceny.
Darius Cole was arrested May 2 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for no driver’s license and domestic violence.
Thomas Childress Jr was arrested May 3 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for no driver’s license.
Larry Robinson was arrested May 4 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
