The following were arrested by one of the following agencies: Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department, CTED, Mississippi Highway Patrol, and Ackerman Police Department.
Janalvin Mosley was arrested on March 18 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for Aggravated assault.
Freddie Hill was arrested on March 19 by the CTED for driving CMV without CDL
Steven A Suber was arrested on March 22 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI 1st -refusal. Suber was also arrested on March 22 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for no seatbelt, failure to yield blue lights, failure to maintain lane, improper turn, and careless driving.
Earnest Willhite was arrested on March 24 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department on a bench warrant for improper equipment, no insurance, two counts of no driver’s license, speeding, and no insurance.
Richard D Roberts was arrested on March 25 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, and DUI-first offense.
Danyell McCarter was arrested on March 25 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department b/w-no D.L.
Ronnie B Jones was transferred for the work program at Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department on March 25.
Shawn D Hill was transferred for the work program at Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department on March 25.
Richard Carter was arrested on March 27 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department on a bench warrant for speeding.
Richard Carter was arrested on March 27 by the Ackerman Police Department for trespassing and shoplifting.
Bettye Norris was arrested on March 28 by the C hoctaw County Sheriff’s Department for willful trespassing, and on a bench warrant for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Brianna Johnson was arrested March 28 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-other and possession of controlled substances.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
