The following were arrested by one of the following agencies: Mississippi Highway Patrol, Ackerman Police Department, Winston-Choctaw Correctional Facility, Weir Police Department, and the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department.
Randle Kelley was arrested on February 26 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for disregard for a traffic device, no driver’s license on demand, and DUI-other.
Roger McKnight was arrested on February 27 by the Weir Police Department for possession of paraphernalia
Kevin Brown was arrested on February 27 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI other and no driver’s license. Brown was also arrested on February 28 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for arson.
Tony Magee was transferred on February 29 to the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for the work program
Charles Moak was arrested on March 2 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for felony possession of meth and possession of controlled substance.
Austin Smyly was arrested on March 4 by the Winston-Choctaw Correctional Facility on hold for the facility
Ralph E Manus was arrested on March 7 Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for felony possession of meth, improper equipment, no helmet, no insurance, and a hold for MDOC.
Willie Ashford was arrested on March 7 by the Ackerman Police Department for failure to appear.
Charles Holmes was arrested on March 8 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for public intoxication
James D Lewis was arrested on March 8 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department on a bench warrant for motor vehicle liability, improper passing, possession of paraphernalia and a bench warrant for a nonspecific misdemeanor II
John Jason Lee was arrested on March 9 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for embezzlement, possession of a controlled substance, and on a hold for Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Department.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
