The following were arrested by the Ackerman Police Department, Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department and the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
Dalton Cade Stokes was arrested January 15 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-other first offense, speeding 71/55, no insurance, and possession of marijuana.
Cody Allen Clark was arrested January 19 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for DUI-first offense.
Jase Medina was arrested January 19 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense, minor in possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, and requirements for use of lights.
Brittani Kent was arrested January 20 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department on a bench warrant for simple assault and petit larceny.
Patricia Power was arrested January 20 by the Ackerman Police Department for DUI-first offense, open container and disregard to traffic device.
Jeremy Wills was arrested January 21 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol DUI-second offense, failure to dim lights and driving with a suspended driver’s license.
Rasheida Hall was arrested January 21 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI-first offense.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
