The following were arrested by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department, Ackerman Police Department, and the Mississippi Highway Patrol
Willie Horsley was transferred to the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department on January 8 for the work program.
Leon Robinson was transferred to the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department on January 8 for the work program.
Carl Smith was transferred to the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department on January 8 for the work program.
Candace Gunter was arrested January 8 by the Ackerman Police Department for burglary. Gunter was also arrested January 10 by the Ackerman Police Department for petit larceny.
Fredrick Triplett was arrested January 8 by the Ackerman Police Department for burglary, felony possession of meth and petit larceny.
Alfonzo Maxwell was arrested January 9 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for disturbance of family peace
Jeremy Winters was arrested January 8 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for running a stop sign, improper equipment, and driving with a suspended driver’s license.
Amanda Clark was arrested January 11 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI other
Alberto Alvarez was arrested January 11 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI 1st
Chasity McCune was arrested January 11 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI other

These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
