The following was arrested by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department, Ackerman Police Department and the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
David E. Reed was arrested on December 18 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for abuse of 911 line.
Shane Martin was arrested December 21 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI 1st
Geary Weeks was arrested December 21 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI 1st, speeding, DWLS, resisting arrest, & fleeing. Weeks was also arrested December 21 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for a speeding warrant
Robert Edwards was arrested December 21 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI 1st
Nathan Cagle was arrested December 22 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol DUI 1st
Jessica Thomas was arrested December 22 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol DUI other. Thomas was also arrested by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for speeding, no driver license and no insurance and by the Ackerman Police Department for failure to appear.
Kendrick Fair was arrested December 22 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol no D.L., no insurance, and possession of paraphernalia. Fair was also arrested by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department leaving the scene
Breasia Johnson was arrested December 22 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI other
Ariel Davis was arrested December 23 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for DUI other
Rio Batts was arrested December 23 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol DUI, no D.L. & possession of marijuana in motor vehicle. Batts was also arrested by the Ackerman Police Department for failure to appear
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
