The following were arrested by the Ackerman Police Department, Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department, Mississippi Highway Patrol, and the Mathiston Police Department.
Michael Childress was arrested on August 30 by the Ackerman Police Department for petit larceny.
Barbara McCully was arrested on August 30 by the Ackerman Police Department for simple assault and malicious mischief.
Antwon Williams was arrested on September 1 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for Circuit court capias and indictment on a charge of aggravated assault.
Jeremy Stephenson was arrested on September 1 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for willful trespassing.
Daniel Kent was arrested on September 2 by the Mississippi Highway Patrol for speeding and DUI-other.
Tyler Shell was arrested on September 6 by the Ackerman Police Department for disturbance of the peace. Shell was also arrested on Sept. 6 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for felony possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and a MDOC hold.
Rhonda Chism was arrested on September 8 by the Mathison Police Department for possession of marijuana.
Darrah Williams was arrested on September 14 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for transferred to work program.
Steven Watson was arrested on September 14 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for transferred to work program.
Isabella Valdez was arrested on September 14 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s for Department DUI- first offense and careless driving.
William Chunn was arrested on September 16 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for no, improper, or expired tag and uninsured motorist identification.
James Schick was arrested on September 17 by the Ackerman Police Department for petit larceny and joy riding.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
