The following were arrested by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department, the Ackerman Police Department, and the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics
Dakota Denley was arrested on July 31 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear
Stacy Dempsey was arrested on August 2 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for malicious mischief.
Fredrick Baber was arrested on August 2 by the Ackerman Police Department for domestic violence- simple assault.
Qushay Eiland was arrested on August 2 by the Ackerman Police Department for domestic violence- simple assault.
Colin White was arrested on August 4 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for speeding, no, improper or expired tag, and felony possession of a controlled substance.
James Schick was arrested on August 5 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for false pretense, giving false information to officers, and trespassing.
Justin Brown was arrested on August 5 by the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics for felony conspiracy, felony possession of marijuana, felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of meth, felony possession of hydrocodone & possession of a firearm by a felon.
Daniel Shaw was arrested on August 6 by the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department for driving with a suspended license, improper equipment, and no insurance.
These individuals were taken into custody and booked into the docket at the Choctaw County Jail. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
