Racism is not acceptable in any kind of faith community I know anything about.

Where have any of us 'come from' to 'go back to'? We are all Americans. Except for the Native American community, we are all immigrants at some point, including the leader's wife and chain-immigrated family.

Racist Chants? Clearly not acceptable.
This is not partisan politics (though I’d like to hear from the local candidates for offices where they come down on this latest behavior, especially those who indicate support of the leader)...let's not have a contest about 'how low can you go'. Let's stand up for the poorest and most vulnerable and challenge in ourselves any 'superiorities' that might make it impossible for others to succeed. I know the people of Choctaw County are better than this. Let’s be clearly committed to the common good.
