Joe H. Morehead Post 3806, Veterans of Foreign Wars, held a Veterans Day Banquet at the post home on Nov. 11.
Post 3806 had to cancel the veterans ruck march from Mathiston to Eupora and the Veterans Day flag ceremony scheduled for that morning because of inclement weather.

The post is holding a "12 Guns of Christmas" raffle to raise money for the ongoing remodel of the post home. Post 3806 has bingo every Saturday at 6 p.m. with cash prizes.
