This past Friday morning, a group of friends, family, elected officials and well-wishers gathered in Noxapater for the official ribbon-cutting of Mississippi Blondie, located in the old Town Hall building on Main Street. Mississippi Blondie is a clothing outlet owned by Alyson Clark, whose business hours are 10-5, Thursday & Friday, and 10-3 on Saturday.
