Whitehall Church will host their annual bazaar on October 30th from 10 until 2. An outdoor only event, mask wearing is highly recommended. Whitehall is located on Highway 14 W, four miles from the bypass crossing. Proceeds from the event are split with 60% going to local missions and 40% reserved for the building fund. A preview of items may be viewed on Facebook at Whitehall Church Bazaar. All are invited to worship with the congregation each Sunday morning at 11. Bro. Mike Dowd is the pastor.
Whitehall Church members have been busy preparing for their annual bazaar. Sissie Watts and Natalie Ming will have frozen casseroles to offer including beef enchiladas, chicken spaghetti, chicken and dressing, dressing without chicken, poppy seed chicken, cheese crust chicken pie, lasagna, and sweet potato casseroles. Along with many other baked goods, fresh chicken salad will also be offered. Another excellent cook, Noveline Higgason has been busy making jellies, jams, and relishes. Strawberry fig jam, squash relish, pear preserves, muscadine and scuppernong jelly will be available.
